An “Anxiety and Stress Management Seminar” was conducted on April 16, 2026 and May 8, 2026 for preparatory class students by the Guidance and Counseling Department of FMV Ayazağa Işık High School and Science High School. During the classroom-based sessions, the concepts of anxiety and stress were addressed, and their effects on individuals’ thoughts and behaviors were shared with students. Common sources of stress in daily life were discussed, and effective strategies were introduced to help students recognize these situations and develop healthy coping mechanisms.
