Hosted by our school on April 29, the Inter-School Public Speaking Competition brought together 25 schools from across Istanbul, creating an inspiring and impactful event. This year’s thought-provoking theme, “Human Intelligence vs Artificial Intelligence,” provided students with the opportunity to showcase not only their language skills but also their critical and analytical thinking. Participants demonstrated advanced presentation skills, including structuring complex ideas, developing strong and coherent arguments, and engaging the audience through effective body language and voice. Throughout the process, students gained confidence in using English fluently and effectively, while also learning to evaluate different perspectives and approach a global issue from multiple angles. They further enhanced their awareness of key 21st-century skills such as communication, collaboration, and creativity, contributing significantly to both their academic and personal growth. We congratulate all participating students, our dedicated teachers, and everyone who contributed to this enriching event. We are confident that these young voices will continue to make a powerful impact as the leaders of tomorrow.
