A seminar on "AI in Language Learning" was conducted for Grade 9 students in Sacit Öncel Hall on Thursday, February 29, 2024, between 14.30-15.15. Asst. Prof. Dr. Mustafa Polat, a faculty member at Marmara University's ELT department, spoke to our students during a talk held in collaboration with the National Geographic publishing house. During the lecture on the relevance of technology in education, several artificial intelligence applications were discussed, and how to use these apps successfully in language acquisition was shown.The seminar served as context study for the Technology section in the Grade 9 Language course.
